Strategic Plan

Trajectory of the Movement

After a century of research, the data shows that nonviolent movements are more effective than war. In fact, nonviolence and noncooperation outperform violence by a 2-to-1 margin.

Moreover, the average duration of a nonviolent movement aimed at changing social policy is 3 years, while the average length of armed conflict is 9 years.

We therefore have planned the Founding Mothers Movement using a 3-year horizon for reaching our twin goals: universal rights for all Women and an end to War.

Our strategic plan will be refined by the Women’s Congress in coordination with our Partners. Please join us in executing our Current Campaigns.

Our Theories of Change

The Politics of Peace

The strategic plan for the Founding Mothers Movement was conceived at the Peace Pentagon in Independence, Virginia.

The Peace Pentagon is a progressive think tank that studies the nexus between politics, religion, human rights, and conscious evolution. We offer our analysis in service to humanity and future generations.

The banner slide deck outlines six Theories of Change – the path to a progressive paradigm shift.

These social trends are powerful in isolation. When combined, they offer the transformational catalyst needed to globally unify the many organizations working on women’s rights, peace, interfaith harmony, and ecological sustainability.

Shifting the Paradigm

How to Duel with Duality

Neutralization Pendulum

Polarity Lesson 1: Law of Neutralization

The first pendulum depicts the nature of most conflicts, where common ground still exists. Here, the goal is to reduce the swings from pole to pole, so that political and cultural equilibrium may be restored. Negotiation and compromise are possible in this situation: The polarity can be managed and sometimes win-win goals can be achieved. This is NOT the situation in the 21st Century. The Oligarchs are pressing for a dystopian AI future, while most of humanity seeks a protopian world that works for everyone.

Compensation Pendulum

Polarity Lesson 2: Law of Compensation

The second pendulum depicts extreme conflict, where there is no common ground left and negotiation is next to impossible. Here, the possibility exists for one pole to dominate, flip the system, and establish a totally new paradigm. Gandhi and Martin Luther King dealt with this type of polarity and achieved victory. But power vacuums develop when progressives fail to anchor clear demands and give authoritarians time to regroup. This is what happened after Occupy and Arab Spring. We will NOT make the same mistake.

Sadly, the 20-year decline in the Democracy Index shows that progressives have failed to manifest permanent change. Conservatives have exploited the Culture War and now are attempting to flip the system. To push the paradigm shift in the direction of Partnership and Peace, we must master the Law of Polarity. Additionally, our Peace Room strategists will need the skills and bravery to outwit the darkest pole impulse: Nihilism. May the Founding Mothers Proclamation contain the wisdom of the ages!

The Great Mother Archetype

She Rises ... AGAIN!

I AM MOTHER.
I am the beginning of all Life.
From Me all things are born.
Through Me all things are sustained.

I am Primordial and Primogenitor.
I am the Fertile One,
with swollen belly and pendulous breasts.
I am the line of all Mothers throughout time,
who birthed you into being.

I was the first Leader you ever knew:
I lead My children, My family, My community.
Remember Me as you grow up.
I am the Divine Feminine within you.

I am Gaia, the living earth.
I am Nut, the universe of stars.
I am the grain growing in fields,
the fruit ripening on the tree.
I am forests and oceans, teeming with life.
I am dawn, transmuting night into day.

I am Ashera, the Holy Bride.
I am Shakti, the Sacred Consort.
I am Demeter, reawakening My daughter.
I am Mary, resurrecting My son.
I am Green Tara, bodhisattva of Compassion.
I am Sophia, wisdom of the Cosmos.

I AM MATRIARCH.
I protect TRUTH for the sake of my children.
I heal with LOVE even when I set boundaries.
JAI: My LIGHT is eternal.
